This is a Dock animation of 5SAT. This short presentation combines several different animations: motion, camera, entrance, exit.

The Dock animation is used to show the binding of the ligand into the receptor. The Hold atoms animations are used to fix ligand's atom positions.

A keyframed Move camera animation is used to finely control the camera position during the animation. The Hold camera animations are used to hold the camera positions.

Several entrance and exit animations are used to progressively hide and show visual representations.

Press Space to start and stop the presentation. Use the SAMSON Animator (Ctrl / Cmd + 8) to edit it.

You can also edit the camera controllers in the viewport.
