Importer for the macromolecular transmission format (MMTF) files (*.mmtf).

This extension contains an Importer for files in the macromolecular transmission format (MMTF).

To decode MMTF, the mmtf-cpp by RCSB is used.

You can use this extension with the Protein Data Bank Downloader SAMSON Element which now can download different formats from the RCSB Protein Data Bank.
MMTF Importer is an extension for SAMSON,
the integrative platform for molecular design.

To use MMTF Importer:

1. Create your free account and choose a molecular design plan
2. Download and install SAMSON on your computer


When you restart SAMSON, the extension will be automatically installed
and will be usable directly from within SAMSON.
