To export to the OBJ format, select what you want to export and, in the Visualization menu, click on the Save OBJ command. Depending on the selection (atoms, surfaces, etc.), multiple saving options will be offered.

Two files will be created: an OBJ file which contains the geometry, and an MT file which contains the materials (colors).

You can then import the OBJ files in animation software such as Blender™, or in presentation software such as PowerPoint™ to view them in 3D and animate them.
