Export atoms along paths in PDB files.

This extension makes it possible to export trajectories of sets of atoms in PDB files.

Export all atoms in the system or several sets of atoms.
Export each path step into a separate PDB file or each model (set of atoms) into a separate PDB file.

Export along paths is an extension for SAMSON,
the integrative platform for molecular design.

To use Export along paths:

1. Create your free account and choose a molecular design plan

2. Download and install SAMSON on your computer

3. Come back to this page to add the extension to your account

When you restart SAMSON, the extension will be automatically installed
and will be usable directly from within SAMSON.
