Visual model for creating a visual pathline of the center of mass of selected atoms based on a path.

Usage

1. Select nodes (atoms or their parent nodes) and Paths in the Document view.
2. Add the Pathlines visual model (Visualization > Add visual model).

If no Paths are selected, the visual model will be constructed for all Paths in the active Document. If no nodes are selected, the visual model will be constructed for all nodes (atoms) in the active Document.
