This App permits to visualize with colors the distortion of a molecular or crystalic structure. The angle distortion, the bond distortion and the projected bond distortion can be represented with colors on bonds and atoms.

This extension has been originally created by Francois Rousse as a part of his research work at NANO-D, Inria.

0.7.1 : ; can now project on an axis: create a Bond Projected Length Distortion Visual model, select "Project on vector", write your vector and click "Project" to do so.
